Rescheduling & Cancellations

 

Appointments require 24 hours notice to move or cancel as that leaves adequate notice to fill time. 

If 24 hours is not given and the time remains un-booked,  that time is non-renewable and  100% of service cost will be incurred. 

If appointment is a "no-show"  100% of service cost will be applicable.
